How I Serve My Clients

Information is good, knowing what to do with it is better!

It is important to me that my clients receive more than just information. I want them to have an experience that creates an opportunity for growth, development of their ideas, mindset shifts, navigating obstacles, gaining clarity, and developing and implementing strategies that move them forward in what’s important to them.

Core Values is Key!

I believe that knowing the core values of any business and its owner is important so that you know what you can expect. At LisaShawCares.com what you can count on is that in addition to many years of leadership, business and ministry experience, competence, problem-solving skills, a passion to see people soar, and professionalism, I use my top five core values to steward my personal life, ministry, business and to serve my clients.

Top 5 Core Values:

  • Integrity
  • Communication
  • Trust
  • Commitment
  • Faith

What each one means to serving my clients:

  • Integrity is fundamental in building and maintaining trust with my clients and fostering healthy, honest, confidential, reliable and productive client–coach relationships.
  • Communication that is healthy and effective ensures that my client’s needs and expectations are understood thereby allowing me to assist them in reaching their end goals. Healthy communication helps all parties involved to work together in a professional, trust-based, results oriented relationship that ensures my clients satisfaction.
  • Trust is imperative for any relationship to be successful including business and ministry relationships. When trust is present, there is transparency, effective communication, learning the needs of the client on a deeper level and the ability to address their pain points adequately.
  • Commitment benefits my clients by providing them with consistent service, my full attention to their needs, reliability, effective problem-solving, an hopefully a long-term coaching or consulting partnership. This gives my client a wonderful experience as we work together to meet their goals.
  • Faith – My faith in Jesus for over forty years is why I believe in being respectful to everyone, ethical, emotionally supportive, compassionate with a strong desire to see my clients succeed. While I have clients that may have differing beliefs from my own, they know that my faith is the foundation of who I am and how I show up in the world.

What do I ask of My Clients?

  • Come to the table of this working relationship ready to have an experience of mindsets and awareness’ revealed to you—to keep commitments to yourself, to tell yourself the truth, to work through obstacles and to reach your goals, visions, and dreams with clarity, confidence and courage.
  • Whether you are a leader, an executive, a pastor, lay person, an educator, speaker, homeschooler or serve in another way, come open-minded and ready to take steps to solve problems and go to the next level in what’s important to you.
  • If you are coming to the table with your team, group or employees, then I ask that you also come ready to have an experience that fosters the overall goals and build a team that works together in a cohesive way because they have a leader that takes the time to invest in coaching and consulting to help them to be their best, together.

If how I serve my clients and what I ask of my clients is acceptable to you then I hope you will consider becoming one of my clients. I would love the opportunity to consult with you to see how what you need and what we provide could become a successful union.

Side note: You may be wondering why there is a pair of red boxing gloves in the background? It’s because I love boxing and there is something about going after what you believe and what you want to achieve and helping others to do the same. That appeals to me. I bet it appeals to you so let’s connect and see how I may serve you!
