Leadership Development
Lead You First
As someone who is strategically positioned by God for results, leadership starts with the most important person you’ll ever lead – you.
Lead-You first—grow with integrity, clarity, and resilience.
True leadership starts from the inside out. Before you can effectively lead a team, organization, or department, you must first learn to lead yourself well.
That’s where I come in.
My approach to leadership development begins with the person—not the position. Through Lead-You, we focus on strengthening the foundation every leader needs: character, consistency, healthy communication, emotional strength, and resilience. You’ll gain the tools and strategies to lead with integrity, make sound decisions, and handle challenges with clarity and grace.
What makes this different?
Most leadership programs focus on influence or performance. This experience focuses on who you are when no one is watching—because leadership begins with self-awareness, accountability, and spiritual alignment.
You’ll grow through real-world, faith-rooted development that equips you to:
-
Lead yourself before leading others—God’s way
-
Strengthen character, integrity, and consistency under pressure
-
Communicate effectively, even in conflict or change
-
Build emotional resilience and navigate overwhelm with wisdom
-
Develop practical strategies that align with your values and vision
This isn’t theory or hype—it’s real leadership development for people who want to grow in depth, not just in title.

What Lisa’s clients are saying…
Greetings Pst Lisa,
We have experienced much joy being with you as well. You have sacrificially prayed for us, equipped us and even supported us financially in our young ministry at Bethel Worship Center. (KAG)
Our prayer is that may God continue to look down upon you with favour and be gracious to you.
The past 11months have been real with the teaching you’ve equipped us. They have been very timely and impactful. The 11 leadership development topics you covered with us will be beneficial in our growth & service to the people we minister to.
We are grateful beyond words & please know you hold a special spot in our lives. May God continue to empower & refresh you every day. Much love.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you very much for sacrificing your time to train, and coach our church leadership. You are very kind and passionate in what you are doing and we as a church we are lucky to have you train us. The 11 leadership development topics were very helpful and as a young church which started a year ago, you have really helped us to mentor and grow young upcoming leaders.
One of the things you have really inspired me and today I know that discipleship is the call of the church and doesn’t stop when people get saved! If you don’t disciple upcoming and potential leaders, you won’t have mature and developing leaders. Coaching is a great tool to help people reflect and identify learning lessons themselves and develop growth plans to move forward. It’s harder to coach than to teach, because teaching can be a monologue whilst coaching is a dialogue. But dialogues are participative and have greater potential to unlock change.
The last two topics about conflict resolution and remain was powerful. Thank you very much for your continual building of the kingdom of God. Thank you for sowing into our lives. May God richly bless and favor you!
