How I Serve My Clients
Core Values:
Core values shape every area of life—including business. Knowing the values behind a person or organization builds trust and clarity about what you can expect.
At LisaShawCares.com, in addition to years of experience in business, leadership, and ministry, I lead and serve through my top five core values: faith, integrity, healthy communication, trust, and commitment. These principles guide how I live, lead, and serve my clients every day.
Top 5 Core Values:
- Integrity
- Healthy Communication
- Trust
- Commitment
- Faith
What each one means to serving my clients:
- Integrity – is the foundation of every strong client relationship. I lead with honesty, confidentiality, and reliability in all that I do. Maintaining integrity builds lasting trust and fosters a healthy, transparent, and productive coaching partnership with every client I serve.
- Communication – Clear, respectful communication builds understanding and trust. I listen carefully to my clients to ensure their needs and expectations are understood, which allows me to guide them effectively toward their goals. Healthy communication fosters a professional, results-driven partnership where collaboration, respect, and satisfaction remain at the forefront of every interaction.
- Trust – is essential to every successful relationship, including in business. It creates space for transparency, honest communication, and a deeper understanding of each client’s unique needs. When trust is established, we can address challenges more effectively and achieve meaningful results. My goal is always for my clients to win—because when they win, we both succeed.
- Commitment – My clients can count on consistency, reliability, and excellence in every interaction. I give my full attention to understanding their needs, providing thoughtful solutions, and delivering a coaching experience that supports their goals and growth. My commitment is to build a strong, long-term partnership that fosters both progress and trust.
- Faith – My faith in Jesus for more than forty years is the foundation of who I am and how I serve. It guides me to lead with respect, operate with integrity, and genuinely support those I work with. I pray for my clients and their businesses and have a sincere desire to see them succeed. While some of my clients come from diverse backgrounds and beliefs, they know my faith shapes how I show up—with excellence, compassion, and purpose.
What do I ask of My Clients?
- Come to the table of this working relationship ready to work at achieving what you say that you want.
- Come with an open-mind and ready to take steps to solve the problems hindering you from building a powerful, profitable business serving others with integrity.
If how I serve my clients and what I ask of my clients is acceptable to you then I hope you will consider becoming one of my clients.
Side note: You may be wondering why there is a pair of red boxing gloves in the background? It’s because I love boxing and there is something about going after what you believe and what you want to achieve and helping others to do the same. That appeals to me. I bet it appeals to you so let’s connect and see how I may serve you!
