Fear is often the root of why we stop forward movement in the areas important to us. At times, movement will cease due to a lack of clarity. And a lack of clarity opens the door to fear.
- You want to transition out of your career or job and start your own business, but you don’t know how or what to do first, and so on. That can be scary.
- You’re seasoned in age and you’re thinking of returning to school but you have so many unanswered questions and you don’t know where to begin.
- You’re a working mom to school-age kids, and you have a vision of how you want your children to experience education, and you know you want to be involved in what and how they learn. You want to transition in some way, but you don’t have clarity on what that can look like.
- You’re not new to what you do as a entrepreneur or small business owner but you know some things need to be done differently to go to the next level in mindsets, perspective and strategy but you don’t know what to do next?
- You lead a team, department, or group, and there are challenges you’re facing from team members that impact them and you. You need help with having hard conversations, leading difficult people, being a better leader and building a cohesive team but you don’t know where to begin to get support.

It will help you to know the direction you want to go and the steps to take to SHIFT from where, what, or who into the next phases or levels of your life.
But…
It takes action on your part to gain the clarity needed. I know the power of gaining clarity along our life journey. God has great things for you because He put great purpose in you! (Jeremiah 29:11).
