The passage of encouragement is 1 John 3:1 "See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!" Some women who were wounded by men in their past find it difficult to embrace God as their Father. There are men who had absent or unloving father's and the thought of letting their guard down to receive God's love as their Father is also very difficult.
I understand the hurts of the heart that can often hinder us from fully embracing God as Abba Father. I remember the day I went from knowing Him as my God to knowing Him even more deeply...as my Abba Father. I pray this message encourages you as I share about Tamar, David's Daughter.
